Summit Community Gardens is thrilled to offer our community members a Holiday Wreath Making class! Join us this December 8th for a Maker Class: using live foliage and guided by a professional. Emilee Jacoby with Leafy Green Plant Co will be bring a curated collection of materials and supplies, while she guides us through construction of our own beautiful holiday wreaths. Emilee’s work can be seen locally at The Westgate Resort, The Canyons Village, Black Rock Resort and The Tanger Outlets. She has over 30 years of experience working with plants and setting up beautiful, seasonal displays. For less than the cost of buying a custom-made wreath, you will learn what materials are needed, including native plants you can forage for your next holiday wreath, and how to put them together in a stylish way. Impress family and friends while you adorn your doorway all Holiday season! You will leave with a gorgeous wreath you/ve made yourself! These beautiful, aromatic wreaths are appealing to all of your senses. You may also leave with a new holiday tradition! Bring your own favorite warm drink.
