Canning and Pickling

Join Chef Linda from Mindful Cuisine to learn how to preserve your bounty with canning and/or pickling. This will be a hands-on workshop and each participant will go home with 1 qt of a shelf-stable-canned veggie and 1 pint of “quick pickle” of your choice. Materials and seasonings are included as part of the class, you should bring your choice of veggie to “quick pickle”.
